However, the previous management system was highly traditional, causing inconvenience for both incoming students and administrative staff. Issues included:<\/p>

\u2013 Students had to handle enrollment, activity check-ins, accommodation registration, and campus spending manually with paper and pen. Many faced difficulties shopping upon arrival due to lack of Hong Kong dollars.<\/p>
